When the AGP team arrived at The Inn at Millrace Pond everyone was buzzing about with umbrellas in hand. With Rachel and Tom’s excitement for their special day, the rain was nothing to fear. This couple continued about their day with no exception. They just couldn’t wait to see all their friends and family who came to share their day. Their affection was contagious, everyone around them was ecstatic.
Getting Ready At The Inn At Millrace Pond
Rachel and her bridesmaids opted to start their day relaxing in matching robes. Rachel stepped into her dress with help from the bridesmaids. Her details provided some lovely accents to her dress. Rachel took a shot of Jameson from the bottle to ease her nerves. Tom was in a a building across the path with his groomsmen and family. Tom used a decorative bow tie and pocket square to jazz up his outfit. These two were excited to have the notes they wrote each other to read. Tom was smiling from ear to ear with tears in his eyes reading the endearments Rachel wrote for him along with a small gift, new cufflinks. Tom was wearing a shirt that was not meant to have cufflinks. His brother stepped right up to the challenge, with a pocket knife in hand he made holes for Tom to wear the cufflinks.
Ceremony At The Inn At Millrace Pond
Everyone found their seats and waited for Tom and the groomsmen to enter. They crossed the wooden bridge and walked up to their spot in the tent. The bridesmaids walked the path to the ceremony in a slight drizzle of rain with smiles shining bright. Roman and Kayleigh, the ring bearer and flower girl, sprinted down the isle to meet their dad with a huge smile on his face, and await the entrance of Rachel. Rachel and her father walked down the isle and Tom could not take his misty eyes of her, the moment he had been awaiting had arrived. Joy and laughter filled the ceremony. Their handwritten vows put tears in the eyes of all the guests with just how heartfelt the sentiments were. They were pronounced husband and wife, sealed it with a kiss and the guests ruptured with excitement.
Reception At The Inn At Millrace Pond
Rachel and Tom set foot in to their reception to commence their first dance, a perfect dance with a swift beginning only to set way to a slow dance filled with compassion. Their dance led into sentimental parent dances, Rachel & Tom had tear filled eyes while watching the other dance with their parent. Lauren and Cody, the maid of honor and best man, delivered heartfelt toasts that absorbed the guests attention. Cody was overwhelmed with emotion and had to take a step away from his speech to catch his breath. Once the dance floor opened up to the guests, it overflowed with laughs, dancing, and overall excitement. The party came to an close and Rachel and Tom departed their reception into a sparkler filled path and sealed the end of their departure with a kiss.
