Normandy Farms Hotel Wedding | Amanda Dastalfo & Kyle Liberato

It was another absolutely perfect fall day at Normandy Farms Hotel for Amanda and Kyle’s heartfelt wedding. From the gorgeous fall themed venue, gowns and Willow and Thistle florals, to the smallest cufflink and sock detail, everything was amazing and personal for these two on their special day.

Getting Ready for the Wedding

Amanda started off her wedding day by getting ready at her mom’s house with her closest girls by her side. Before the major wardrobe change, Amanda and her bridesmaids posed for some portraits in their matching floral robes on the rope swing in Amanda’s backyard. The mother of the bride and the maid of honor, her sister Holly, helped her into her stunning Essence of Australia lace gown before doing a reveal to the rest of her eager bridesmaids. When she came down the stairs, the girls were in awe of how gorgeous Amanda looked for her big day. Before heading over to her future hubby, Amanda made a stop at her dads house for a special first look. Then it was off to the delightful Normandy Farms Hotel where Kyle and his groomsmen were patiently waiting with the help of some Fireball. Our favorite part was when Kyle showed off his Spongebob Squarepants socks, a fun accessory to any groom apparel.

First Look at Normandy Farms

While we were taking Kyle down the elevator for his first look with his beautiful bride, he was overcome with emotion waiting for this moment. He told us that there had been many tears already shed, and he hadn’t even seen Amanda yet. While waiting in the courtyard with Amanda not far behind, he started to shed a few more before she even started walking over. When she finally tapped him on the shoulder he took her hand and kissed it before slowly turning around. They were both just so happy and so in love. They shared a few moments just to take it all in, be close, and admire each other on the best day of their lives. Kyle spun Amanda around to show off her dress and held her close for a few kisses before the wedding party and family showed up for some portraits.

The charming open courtyard filled with greens and gardens against the bright white and red barns of Normandy Farms Hotel made for the perfect portrait spot. Amanda’s bridesmaids dazzled in gorgeous maroon gowns that looked amazing with the red and white barn background. Kyle and his guys killed Liam’s famous “flying V” formation and had a blast during their portraits, showering Kyle with kisses and proving their posing skills. Amanda’s six brothers also showed off their strength, lifting their sister off the ground for a fun family photo at the request of the bride. The most adorable flower girl made a brief appearance before her big journey down the aisle, holding a bridal build-a-bear that she never let go of, for a few moments to take a walk in Amanda’s shoes and then not wanting to give them back. Then they headed up to the bridal suite while the guests arrived for their outdoor unplugged ceremony, which always makes our day a little better because we love doing our job of capturing every special moment while allowing family and friends to focus on their loved ones.

The Normandy Farms Hotel Wedding & Reception

Finally, as the sun started to set, Amanda’s father walked her down the aisle and Kyle’s tears flowed once more. They both read lovely personal vows, exchanged their grandparents wedding bands, and celebrated their marriage. After stealing Kyle and the bridesmaids for one last formal portrait, Kyle walked up the aisle saying, “pitter patter, let’s get at ‘er” (Letterkenny fans know what he’s talking about), and the party was ready start. During cocktail hour, we snuck out for a few beautifully lit portraits showcasing the unique venue and barn Kyle and Amanda had so carefully chosen for their day.

They made their entrance into the beautiful ballroom and shared their first day to “Beautiful Crazy” by Luke Combs while their loved ones watched in awe. The best man and junior best man gave heartfelt and funny speeches that were short and to the point, so they wouldn’t miss out on anymore party time. Amanda’s maid of honor told stories from their past, of the first time meeting Kyle, and even included a clip with Spongebob’s voice congratulating them on their marriage. The room burst out in laughter over the voice of a cartoon character celebrating with them. Amanda and Kyle then shared some sweet first dances with their parents, spinning around the dance floor to classics like “You’ll be in my Heart” by Phil Collins and “I Won’t Give Up” by Jason Mraz. After everyone filled their bellies, they filled the dance floor. They danced and jumped around to some wedding classics like “Sweet Caroline” and “I Wanna Dance With Somebody”, and one of the bridesmaids even got ‘iced’. (That’s when you have to chug a whole Smirnoff Ice on one knee while everyone stands around and cheers). The awesome ending to an awesome day was the dessert station complete with a build your own s’mores station that we just had to hit on the way out.

Congratulations to Amanda and Kyle. What a beautiful day for a wedding for a beautiful couple. It was amazing to capture it all!
