Ashley is an intensely driven, detail-oriented, caffeine-addicted fan of excellent food, and exhilarating romance. She also happens to be a passionate editorial wedding photographer. Her approach to photography is simple.–take the time to get to know each and every couple and work with their style to create breathtaking, personal images. She brings together a diverse background in both the visual and performing arts to craft your wedding story in fine art imagery that you will pass on for generations to come.
Ashley loves finding beauty in ever person she photographs and is honored to be able to capture some of the most pivotal moments in our clients’ lives. She is a true romantic at her core and you just might find her tearing up behind the lens during your vows or first dance. Ashley is dedicated to creating intimate and beautiful portraits in an editorial style, while documenting every last detail of your day.
When she isn’t helping you enjoy every last moment of your wedding day, she is probably snuggling with her two amazing dogs, flying back and forth to Seattle to visit her husband, or baking something extravagant.
Rachel has been a lover of photography since she was thirteen and received a small Konica 35mm film camera for her birthday. A camera hasn’t left her hand since. After finishing school, Rachel interned with renowned New York photographer, David Sacks, honing her skills as a highly talented wedding photojournalist before joining forces with Ashley to grow Ashley Gerrity Photography.
Rachel loves photography, loves people, and genuinely adores giving a piece of her heart to every couple she photographs. Rachel won’t just document your wedding–she will celebrate with you in the joy of your day and the promise of your love. Her priority is to capture photographs that will transport you back to the moment when you created your memories.
When she isn’t hanging out with you and your bridal party, Rachel is enjoying lazy Sundays watching football, sampling whiskey, and snowboarding. All of your groomsmen will agree–Rachel is definitely the coolest wedding photographer they have ever met.
Ann Marie Blake
Ann is not only a talented wedding and portrait artist, but she is also a nurse who spends a great deal of time caring for others. Her fondest memories are found in the pages of my childhood family albums, where she has spent endless hours perusing the pages and reminiscing with family over fun times. Discovering her son’s enjoyment of going back into my family’s photographic history has been priceless and motivates her every day to capture moments.
