One North Broad Wedding Fashion Inspiration

It the dead of January, we had the joy of getting creative with one of our favorites, Martine and the team at Dream Weddings PA. An all-star assembly of vendors, including Leigh Florist and one incredible location, none other than One North Broad, was the perfect recipe for a stunning editorial shoot.

The Location: One North Broad

One North Broad is the newest wedding venue from Catering by Design, and we just can’t get enough. This Masonic Temple is one of the oldest buildings in the city and sits right in the shadow of City Hall on Broad Street. The architecture of this place is unrivaled. From the moment you walk in, you are overwhelmed with grandeur. The checkered marble floor of the Grand Foyer draws you in, through the warmth of the portrait lined hall and through the twin entryway. As you venture deeper into the temple at One North Broad, you come to a staircase. Not just any staircase, but a brilliant alabaster staircase with sentinel lampposts to guide the way.

One North Broad only gets more and more beautiful. The Corinthian Room is a luxuriously appointed room with stunning columns and Grecian styled statues to stand watch. The Foyer Under the Stars brings the wonder of nature to your soiree. Guests will be gazing at this incredible star lined ceiling all evening.

The drama of One North Broad is hard to beat. The old world elegance brings you back to a time when ladies and gentlemen ate and drank and were merry with glamour and grace.

The Florals: Leigh Florist

One of our dearest friends, Denise at Leigh Florist, brought some seriously gorgeous florals to the Grand Ballroom at One North Broad.

Driving the inspiration behind the floral creations, rich greens and air plants featured alongside geometric stands. The effect created was opulent, yet warm and inviting. Leigh Florist incorporated candles in geometric lanterns and tapers in golden holders. Along the head table ran a garland. Designed with rich greens and speckled with roses and blue thistles, it snaked off the table onto the floor where it surrounded more large pillar candles. Denise at Leigh Florist outdid herself.
