We are so excited for Amy and Jeff’s April wedding coming up in just a few short months! To make sure you are as excited as we are, we are delighted to share some of this couple’s beautiful proposal and love story as well as their Rittenhouse Square engagement session from this past summer.
Amy and Jeff met at a mutual friend’s wedding in Baltimore in which Jeff was the best man. This couple had designed one of their reception tables to be for their Philly friends and so they found themselves sitting together. They struck up a friendship that evening, and made a couple more friends to boot.
After their friendship had progressed to romance and then to love, Jeff knew he wanted to propose to Amy. So, on a trip to Burlington, VT in the middle of November of 2014, he took her to Shelburne Farms where they had the place all to themselves since everything had been closed for the winter. He’d hired a photographer to capture the proposal and on the edge of a beautiful lake, he bent to one knee and asked Amy to marry him. She immediately said yes.
Fast forward to the warmth of summer and the city that these two love so dearly. Amy knew that she wanted to have her engagement session revolve around the classy and elegant feel of her beautiful pink tulle skirt. It reflects their personality as a couple. They are a beautiful couple who exude elegance. Their engagement photographs provide more than ample evidence. We cannot wait for their wedding! It promises to be simply gorgeous.
