Oh boy, this Art Museum maternity session gives us all the feels. Yanni and Shaun’s engagement session at the Art Museum was the start of a beautiful relationship with these gorgeous people. They lit up our cameras again for their Arts Ballroom wedding. Now, they’re back to celebrate their love once again, with someone new to dote on. Baby Cruz is on the way!
Yanni and Shaun are the very definition of sweethearts. From the moment we first met with them to talk about their upcoming nuptials, all the way to the wedding day, and now into this exciting new chapter. Yanni was radiant from the inside out. She was so excited to be entering this new role as mother. It beamed from her as we wandered around for their Art Museum maternity session.
We have to call out the fabulous dress she was wearing too! Ladies, your wedding dress doesn’t have to be the only gorgeous white dress you wear in your life. Her full length, off-the-shoulder gown was perfect for showing off her growing baby bump in all the best ways. It was an excellent choice for a spring Art Museum maternity session. It also made it easy to coordinate an outfit with Shaun and helped them pop against the bright colors of verdant spring.
It’s such a pleasure to enter into the joy of the season of life our couples are in. We love the bright excitement of a newly engaged couple reaching out to gush about their love story and wedding plans. Getting to be part of a couple’s wedding day is something that never gets old for us. In fact, you can often find us welling up behind our cameras. Now, with sessions like this Art Museum maternity session, we are able to share in this new kind of joy. The joy of love spilling over into a new human being. It’s amazing, and we are excited for more!
