We’re always up for an excuse to load up the car and head down to the beach for the day, and Emily & Ben’s Avalon Beach engagement session was the perfect reason to do just that!
Avalon Beach Engagement Session
The weather couldn’t have been more perfect for the day Emily & Ben had chosen for their Avalon Beach engagement session. To avoid really hard overhead light, we got started bright and early! The surf was gentle, though the tide was making its way inland. Emily and Ben were perfectly dressed for their beach session. We loved Emily’s choice of flowing white sundress. The playful breeze caught it at several points and made for such a sweet silhouette against the ocean.
Perhaps one of our favorite stops was under the pier at 33rd St. The shade and tidal pools under the pier gave us a chance to cool off from the intensifying sun. To make it even better, Emily and Ben are completely adorable together. It was such fun capturing their fun-loving sides and celebrate their engagement with photos.
We wrapped up their engagement session by popping a bottle of champagne and toasting to their upcoming wedding in the next year. We can’t wait for May.
