Emily and Brian were an absolute joy to spend a pleasant autumn afternoon with. We headed over to Hunting Hill Mansion in Ridley Creek State Park for their engagement session and it was so much fun.
Brian is a bit of a goof, in between shots he would poke fun at Emily, make silly faces and joke about different poses. He’s good natured, affable and very sweet. It was easy to see how much he cares for Emily, especially because taking pictures is not his favorite thing. I don’t know why, he’s great in front of the camera!
His better half, Emily, is adorable. She is smitten with him and knows how to handle his orneriness with no trouble at all. Her smile is one of the easiest I’ve seen. It’s never forced, and she saves the biggest and best for Brian.
Throughout the afternoon, these two laughed, talked, danced and goofed off and included me in the process. It was a wonderful taste of what is to come when I photograph their wedding in August. I can’t wait!
