When is a newborn session not a newborn session? When your baby is born during a pandemic.
Russell’s mom and dad reached out to us to capture their firstborn son’s early days. While most of our newborn sessions take place within the first two weeks of life on the outside, Russell is already about 3 months old here. And that’s totally fine! While there may not be a lot of the typical angel-faced cherub sleeping peacefully, there’s so much personality shining through in these pictures.
So I guess the moral of the story is, photograph your family, at any age, for any reason. Babies don’t keep and the years fly by. So capture these days for all time.
