The Grand Staircase
As soon as you enter ONE North Broad, you're confronted with the impressive marble staircases. These stairs are a wonderful spot for all kinds of pictures on your wedding day, whether intimate portraits of the two of you or a statement backdrop for your entire wedding party. And guests will feel like royalty as they climb these curling stairways to the Foyer Under the Stars for cocktail hour.

Really, we could gush about every single room at ONE North Broad, because each area has its own unique stylings, but one of the true standouts is the Foyer Under the Stars.
The incredible starry ceiling and stained glass masterpiece will give guests reason to pause & admire so much more than just the impressive cocktail hour spreads from Catering By Design !
Weather, Schmeather. . .
You never have to worry about your wedding picture plans being foiled by a poor forecast. Whether it is raining nonstop, swelteringly hot, or you're fighting against daylight savings, there are endless options for portraits inside this historic and grand place. Plus, on a beautiful day, you're literal steps away from Philadelphia's iconic City Hall. No matter what, your wedding photos will be epic!

They're the powerhouse catering team behind several of our favorite venues (including Philadelphia's College of Physicians and Doylestown's Michener Museum ) and with good reason! Anything to consider before sealing the deal?

ONE North Broad has topped our list of Philadelphia's best wedding venues ever since we were first invited to shoot during their grand re-opening in 2017. Since then, we've been back for a number of weddings and even had the chance to shoot the fashion editorial for Dream Weddings here. We think it's nearly perfect! But that doesn't mea n it is the perfect venue for everyone. . .

Things to consider about ONE North Broad:

The Multiple Levels
One of the most impactful moments for your guests will be their journey up the grand staircase to the Foyer Under the Stars for cocktail hour, but remember that some of your elderly or differently abled guests may not experience the grandeur in quite the same way. So, if you have a number of guests with mobility concerns, you may want to walk the path that they'll take on your wedding day, which includes an incredibly slow elevator.
What natural light?
Don't get us wrong, we love some warm glowing natural light as much as the next photographer. . . but if that's what you're looking for, ONE North Broad may not be the place for you. Aside from a few small windows in the bridal suite, this venue has no natural light. While we love being able to take dramatic images with the light that we create, if you're not looking to spend your day with flashes popping around you, this might not be the right fit.
