We love Longwood Gardens engagement sessions, and when Molly and Chris asked us to photograph them there, we were all about it!
Sunny Longwood Gardens Engagement Session
We like getting to know a little bit about our couples. How they met, what their initial reactions were. How they went from strangers to best friends and then then fiancés. Molly and Chris’s story made us laugh and we definitely need to share it with you.
The scene is set. Freshman year at Ursinus College. The laundry room. Chris is washing some socks, and in walks Molly. He is instantly smitten. He wrote that his first thought was, “Wow, this girl is absolutely breathtaking.” Insert “awwww” here. They struck up a conversation. Molly was not really paying too much attention and wrote that all she could think was, “Why is this person I’ve never met before telling me so much about his laundry.” Things didn’t go anywhere from there. Until they reconnected in junior year and Chris invited her to a wine a cheese party. They started dating shortly thereafter, and it grew into a love strong and sweet.
The entirety of their Longwood Gardens engagement session was spent enjoying each other’s company. That’s what we felt the most. They genuinely love being together. Whether it was strolling through the gardens, dancing in the conservatory, or just snuggling up on a bench, they were more than happy to be there. One of the best things about what we get to do is having this front row seat to how a couple interacts. And we had such a great time seeing these two enjoy being together. It just whet our appetite for their upcoming wedding. We hope that we get to hear more fun stories about their love.
