What is it about things that sparkle and glitter that make our heads turn and our eyes widen? We aren’t totally sure, but we do know we see some of the most beautiful baubles in our job. Engagement and wedding rings abound in our profession, and here are some of the most memorable from 2017!
Lauren – Contemporary Oval Diamond & Vintage Dazzler
Lauren’s engagement ring sported a lovely oval cut diamond that was surrounded by diamonds. The slightly larger diamonds in her wedding ring helped her finger sparkle all day. These were crafted by J M Lichterman Co, and we have to tip our hats to the fine craftsmanship.
Lauren’s wedding rings were splendid, but we fell in love with her vintage diamond ring. It was her grandmother’s originally. The sunburst of diamonds added an element of old world glamour to her beautiful Water Works wedding.
Olga – Double Halo Stunner
Diamonds, diamonds everywhere! Olga’s beautiful engagement ring is a beautiful example of the double halo trend that’s popped up in recent years. The large round sparkler in the center is surrounded by two circles of diamonds. This adds texture and extra sparkle to a simple cut center stone. Add a wedding ring with pave diamonds all over, and you’ve got a wow factor of 10!
Caitlin – Beautiful Halo with Unique Setting
Simon G Jewelers created this lovely engagement ring that Caitlin received from Eric when he asked her to be his forever love. We loved how it paired with this Ritani wedding band. The intricate details in the wedding ring really drew the eye, even as it competed with the gorgeous solitaire in the central setting. As a perfect complement, Eric’s brushed gold wedding ring was a delight.
Cathleen – Handpicked Vintage Beauty
Luke had long waited to propose to Cathleen. And when you have a long time to do something, you do it well. This ring is the proof positive of that. He picked it out all by himself. And anyone whose met Cathleen knows that this ring is her through and through. The yellow gold drips with classic elegance. The setting is a beautiful homage to eras gone by. A timeless beauty with a little edge to it. Just like Cathleen. Did you recently acquire a dazzler of your own? What do you love most about it? (Besides who gave it to you of course!)
