Erin + Alex | Married - Greater Philadelphia Wedding Photography & Videography Team

Erin and Alex got married at Normandy Farm on a picturesque October Sunday. The weather was simply unbelievable. Lovely warm sun, not a cloud in the clear blue sky, a light inviting breeze and just the faintest hints of the encroaching autumn. Erin was just as radiant as the outdoors as she got ready for her wedding. Her BHLDN gown was a vision of rustic lace with a lovely belt, and her jewelry was the perfect blend of sparkle and luster with plenty of pearls. The bouquets she’d selected were deeply saturated reds, lush plums, and plenty of sunny yellows. Perfect for October. The final touches were some Kate Spade perfume, aptly named Walk on Air, and a hug from her father as she eagerly headed down for her first look.

Alex in the meantime was enjoying his time with his groomsmen. Dapper in his gray suit and smelling fabulous with his Azzaro cologne, he was the picture of debonair. You could see in the twinkle of his eye just how excited he was to be here, finally marrying his longtime love. Before he knew it, the moment had come for him to lay eyes on his bride for the first time that day.

Out by the barn, we set Alex up. And as the anticipation of the moment swelled, Erin walked up behind him and tapped his shoulder. He was almost a blur as he turned to see her and their smiles could have lit the entirety of Blue Bell. They carried those smiles with them throughout their couples portraits and into their ceremony. They stood beneath the chuppah and pledged their lives to one another in the presence of family and friends. With great joy and a mighty shout of mazel tov, Alex smashed the glass and the newlyweds were off to their reception.

The remainder of the evening is delightful whirlwind of dancing, toasts, a gorgeous rustic cake being cut and family, friends and the newlyweds having a wonderful time. A wonderful start to the new chapter that Erin and Alex began in their lives together.
