Once again, Groovy Guy Gifts has made our day with a new treat for us to share with you! If you’re still looking for purposeful, customizable gifts for your groomsmen, (or frankly, this one is good for just about anyone), we think their site is a great place to start for high value gifts at very fair prices.
As they’ve done before, they reached out to see if we’d be interested in sharing our opinions about some of their newest offerings, so of course, I took the opportunity to pick out the Combat Cooler from their new releases. Mike’s lunch box has seen better days, so was definitely in need of a replacement. Plus, I loved the fact that this bag is also big enough to fit 12 bottles of Blue Moon, just in case we ever get the chance to head out with friends for a barbeque again.
The bag comes in an olive green and you can opt to have it personalized with initials if you like. I was “pretending” to give this to Mike as a gift, although I have every intention of packing my wedding snacks in it, so I had it customized with his initials so that no one else could claim it in the work lunchroom. Since it’s so well built, I assume that without initials in might disappear from the office kitchen 😉
There are plenty of things I love about this cooler – the fact that it will hold twelve bottles of beer also mean that it is big enough to hold several containers of whatever I’m packing for my wedding meal, as well as snacks and water bottles. The side pocket is perfect for packing utensils & napkins or really anything you wouldn’t need to stay cool. And the bonus bottle opener built into the strap is awesome! This is a really well-thought out piece!
If you’re thinking about gifting this to your guy, might I suggest stocking & chilling it with each individual’s favorite beers – can you think of a better way to get the celebrations started?
I know this site is literally named “Groovy Guy Gifts,” but there are some great weekenders and satchels available in neutral colors like Navy or leather that could be useful gifts for just about anyone. I was excited to even see a vegan leather option available!
Although we did receive this bag as a gift, as always, our love & opinions are held for products that we actually enjoy! Now, I’m signing off to go pack someone’s lunch in his new, personalized cooler!
