Meredith Manor Wedding | Michelle Gavan & Patrick O’Dea

We feel that all our couples are meant for one another, but there aren’t many times that we are also able to say their pets are meant to be siblings as well! As Michelle and Patrick fell in love, Michelle’s precious kitty Luna fell in love with her new sister, Patrick’s dog, Luna. This new family joined together in a beautiful celebration at Meredith Manor, where both Luna’s were incorporated into many precious moments of the day.

Getting Ready for the Meredith Manor Wedding

Michelle and Patrick spent the morning of their Meredith Manor wedding separately, with Michelle getting ready at her family home, and Patrick spending time with his groomsmen at the Hilton Garden Inn.

When we arrived at Michelle’s parent’s lovely home, we gathered her beautiful details, including her perfume, veil, and a special framed invitation that her mother had specially made for the couple. Michelle’s gorgeous dress hung on the barn door of her parents’ bedroom, providing the perfect backdrop for Michelle to get ready for her big day.

Meanwhile, Patrick and his groomsmen were getting put together at the Hilton Garden Inn down the road. Michelle told us that she was excited to see Patrick in his awesome tux after spending the morning apart, but was most excited to see him standing at the altar waiting for her at St. Ann’s.

Ceremony at St Ann’s Chapel

As we arrived at St. Ann’s, Patrick and Michelle’s family’s joy was palpable. The beautiful stained glass that lined the walls of the church was the perfect backdrop for Father John to provide lovely blessings for the couple, as he led them through the giving and receiving of their rings. We were serenaded by Michelle and Patrick’s family members as the Eucharist was received by the guests, which brought such a personal touch to their wedding ceremony, before heading to Meredith Manor.

Portraits & Reception at Meredith Manor

Meredith Manor sits at the center of a swath of gorgeous trees and amazing landscaping. It was a wonderful space for bridal party portraits, after which we were able to take some time for Michelle and Patrick to steal a few quiet moments alone before they attended cocktail hour.

As we entered the Meredith Manor barn, we were greeted with a very special memorial table that paid tribute to all the relatives who were not able to be in person for Michelle and Patrick’s special day. The couple had chosen to have local breweries provide their specialized brews, and the centerpieces reflected each different local bottle. The head table had beautiful florals and tall tapered candles seated in front of the couple. We loved the rustic theme!

After the bridal party entered onto the dance floor, the band kicked off the evening playing “Here With Me”, as Michelle and Patrick shared their first dance. As everyone took their seats, Micelle and Patrick shared dances with their parents, before taking their seats to receive a blessing. Michelle’s Maid of Honor and Patrick’s Best Man shared hysterical stories about their younger days, and that opened the dance floor where guests would be all night long!

It was a gorgeous day for the new Mr. & Mrs., and their precious Lunas!
