Our maternity clients are fantastic, and we love getting the chance to work with people that we didn’t get to previously. When the Cotter family reached out about capturing their upcoming new member, we were so excited! In the midst of the pandemic, we took extra precautions to ensure safety, and we got some beautiful images!
We’re always hunting for fresh spots or creative takes on our Philadelphia favorites, and we found some beautiful scenes for this maternity session. Starting at Zahav in Old City. This critically acclaimed restaurant is one of Philadelphia’s crown jewels and behind it is a little garden full of greenery and florals. Starting there made perfect sense for this Old City maternity session. After that, we wandered through the quaint streets and found some amazing garage doors. Who knew something so simple could photograph so well!
After a wardrobe change, we continued the wanderings. These two expectant parents were so sweet. You can tell that they’re just so excited to meet their little one. This baby was their huge bright spot of 2020. And we were so glad to capture their maternity session.
Unfortunately, with the uptick in covid cases, we were unable capture their newborn session. But we wish the Cotter family all the best, and hope to see them again for the next milestone in their lives!
