It’s safe to say that most people planning a wedding are really excited about it. Unless planning stresses you out, in which case totally hire a planner! But, Erika is in a league all her own. She is SO excited to be marrying Ryan, that every step along the way is a mountaintop moment for her. Their beautiful Race Street Pier engagement session was so amazing from start to finish.
It was a gorgeous day in Philadelphia, and the red phase stay at home order had just lifted. So, everyone was out and about enjoying a day in the sun. We love Race Street Pier engagement sessions, but this particular day was a little difficult due to the sheer amount of people. But Erika and Ryan were troopers and total pros. We wandered around and strategically placed them for their Race Street Pier engagement session to appear as if they were all alone, despite the masses.
Once we’d captured the beautiful span of the Ben Franklin Bridge, a must have shot during any Race Street Pier engagement session, we wandered around Front Street and Elfreth’s Alley, grabbing a few more portraits of these two beautiful souls. It was such a treat to get to know them a little better and share in mutual excitement for their wedding this June.
From basement frat party, to lifelong partners, these two are perfect for one another and we just can’t wait for their wedding at the Ballroom at the Ben!
