Throughout the years, our team has been honored to immortalize numerous splendid Rivercrest weddings. Surprisingly, every couple we’ve worked with at Rivercrest had opted for the cooler seasons—until we had the pleasure of meeting Kayla & Kyle. While the venue exudes beauty regardless of the time of year, we were elated to finally capture a summertime celebration for Kayla & Kyle’s Rivercrest wedding.

Getting Ready for the Rivercrest Wedding

In the exquisitely illuminated bridal suite at Rivercrest Golf Club, Kayla and her entourage gathered for a morning of wedding preparations. As the styling team meticulously perfected their looks, we diligently documented the elegantly understated elements that Kayla curated for her special day. Our efforts were unexpectedly complemented by the flower girl, who, enamored with our cameras, captured her own cherished moments. Before getting into her gown, a heartfelt toast was shared in honor of the soon-to-be Mrs. Beitzer.

Guided by the tender assistance of Kayla’s mother, she slipped into a lovely lace gown from Country Bride, embellished with exquisite bridal accessories. Against the backdrop of the enchanting window light, she graced our lenses with a few stunning portraits. Before her first look with Kyle, Kayla unveiled her final bridal ensemble to her father, evoking a tender and tearful response from the both of them.

Meanwhile, Kyle & his crew were beginning their day at the Courtyard Marriott just down the road. Prior to dressing for the occasion, Kyle immersed himself in a heartfelt letter from his beloved bride, setting the emotional tone for their wedding day. Adorning himself with a baby blue floral tie and striking silver cufflinks, he curated the perfect ensemble for a vibrant summer celebration. Upon arriving at Rivercrest, everyone couldn’t help but focus on the ring bearer, looking adorable in his matching suit. As a brewer, savoring that final beer before marriage in his groom can cooler held a special significance for him.

First Look & Portraits at Rivercrest Golf Club

Hidden away behind the beautiful barn doors, Kyle eagerly awaited Kayla’s tap on his shoulder. When he finally turned around, all his worries seemed to vanish as he finally saw Kayla as his bride. They shared a tight embrace, their smiles growing wider by the second, before we ventured on to the gorgeous grounds of Rivercrest Golf Club. The bright blue sky and lively surroundings were the perfect backdrop for Kayla & Kyle to simply be themselves. Together, they shone as brightly as the summer day itself.

Rivercrest Wedding Ceremony

While we’ve always held an adoration for Rivercrest’s ceremony space, experiencing it during the summer only deepened our fondness. The shaded porch, infused with the gentle flow of open air, was a perfect spot for Kayla & Kyle to tie the knot. Some say a first look might diminish the emotion of seeing the bride walk down the aisle. We think Kyle’s reaction as Kayla approached proved otherwise. His tears spoke volumes about the depth of his feelings, even after their first glance. With their closest friends at their sides, Kayla & Kyle exchanged vows and rings before sharing a toast of beer that Kyle brewed specially for the wedding. After sealing their union with a kiss, they joyfully walked back up the aisle as guests blew bubbles in celebration.

Friends & Family

After the ceremony, we gathered Kayla & Kyle’s nearest and dearest for a few formal photos in the elegant ceremony space. Despite our admiration for the cool stone backdrop, the allure of the beautiful day drew us back onto the course. The chosen colors of the newlyweds beautifully complemented the clear blue sky and expansive fields of the course. A delightful touch was Kayla’s maid of honor, Allyson, who carried a bubble maker, playfully adding bubbles to their portraits throughout the afternoon.

Rivercrest Reception

The ballroom exuded an exquisite ambiance, adorned with romantic centerpieces blending white and blue hues atop dusty gray and silver linens, setting the stage for the vibrant celebration ahead. The wedding party’s spirited entrances ignited the crowd’s excitement, while the pinnacle moment awaited—the grand introduction of the new Mr. & Mrs. Beitzer. Their inaugural dance was a poignant highlight, marking the beginning of their journey together. Settling at the sweetheart table, they heard heartfelt words from cherished companions before sharing a tender dance with their parents.

As the Master’s Baker masterpiece was sliced, the dance floor started to fill with guests. DJ Johnny Gonz started the party strong ensuring guests of all ages reveled in the night’s festivities. On such a flawless summer night, we couldn’t resist slipping out during the reception to capture some truly magnificent night shots by the pool. With a cigar in hand, amidst wisps of smoke in the cool summer air, it marked the impeccable conclusion to a perfect Rivercrest wedding day!
