Sabrina + Benjamin • Married {part two}

After a relaxed morning of getting ready and hanging out with their closest friends and family, it was time for Sabrina and Benjamin to see each other for the first time on their wedding day. Benjamin left the hotel and arrived at Pomme during a break in the misting drizzle that had been hanging around all day. So we took advantage and set up their first look outside on the bridge that crosses the pond to the entrance.

Benjamin stood patiently and quietly, waiting for Sabrina to come tap his shoulder and give him his first glimpse of her as his bride. With the utmost poise and grace, Sabrina walked across the bridge to her husband to be, and placed her hand gently on his shoulder. Time froze for a moment as they stood waiting to behold each other. Then they turned, and Benjamin’s face lit. His bride to be stood before him, beautiful and graceful and full of love for him. They took a moment to be together and then we moved along to explore some more of what the beautiful grounds of Pomme had to offer.

Everything was drifting into fall calmly, but there was still plenty of green available. There were stairs in a lovely little courtyard, a very private little nook, and we used this for some very intimate photographs. Serenity followed them and manifested on their faces and in their demeanor. It was a small few moments of peace before the joyful chaos of a wedding ceremony and reception began.

The last of their wedding will be on tomorrow, including their beautiful indoor ceremony and fun filled reception. Spoiler alert: Benjamin needs a handkerchief!
