Tis the season! While we’ve been quietly isolating from our home offices this year, I’ve been churning out last minute album revisions & micro-wedding edits so that couples can see their images before Christmas, all in view of my Christmas tree & cozy office fireplace. I’ve definitely spent a few of these hours sipping on a cold beer as I enjoy the coziness of the season, which I’ve cracked open using my favorite new vintage key bottle opener from Forever Wedding Favors.
It’s been one of the craziest years that we’ve ever experienced here at Ashley Gerrity Photography, both personally & professionally. So no one can be surprised that we’ve earned a drink or two. So it’s been great to sit back & relax with a drink while preparing for the upcoming (crazy) wedding year.
So when our friends over at Forever Wedding Favors, (who also run Groovy Guy Gifts and the Bridesmaid Gifts Boutique) reached out to us to see if we’d like to see their custom Bottle Opener wedding favors you know that we couldn’t say no! We left the selection up to them and eagerly awaited our package.
They sent over a fun assortment of bottle openers, including a pineapple, vintage key, airplane, and an anchor. We love how there is a bottle opener for almost any type of wedding. Plus, if you’re looking for something a little more custom, you can design personalized openers that have a sleeker profile (these were my favorite on their site!)
What would make me love these more – a key ring, but my favorite (the vintage key) wouldn’t be too hard to rig with one.
So I’m raising a Blue Moon to what has been a challenging 2020 wedding season! We are ready to jump in and celebrate (virtually) a happy holiday season with each and every one of our couples, our amazing friends in the industry, and all of the people you love enough to invite to your big day.
And seriously, one last shout out to the team behind Forever Wedding Favors . . Rachel, Michelle, & I have each claimed our favorite bottle opener of the bunch (& we left the fourth one at the studio!)
