What do you get when you have a professional actress and bartender in front of the camera? Amazingness, that’s what you get. Melissa and Matt were such joys to photograph and their love is extraordinarily sweet.
Matt has never seen Melissa perform, and while, for some, that might be a problem, she is more than fine with that. On stage, she says, she is not herself. She is her characters. But when she is with Matt, she is 100 percent herself. Just Melissa. And that is beautiful.
Matt is a great complement to her. He can be just as off the wall, matches her intensity at times, and knows how to get the biggest smiles from his fiancé. Their City Hall engagement session was such good fun. They laughed, danced, snuggled and rolled with whatever happened – even when they were interrupted by a fire engine and a photobombed by Emma Roberts. Their relaxed attitude and refusal to take themselves and life too seriously makes us so excited for their wedding in September at the Cira Center.
