Towanda and JeNorris, or JeNo as he is better known, had a beautiful and lush wedding at Le Méridien this past Saturday of which we had the pleasure to photograph. It is important to note that a medical emergency arose and Towanda’s father was unable to attend the wedding, which definitely weighed heavily on the bride. Our very deepest sympathies go out to Towanda and we wish him a speedy recovery and a chance to dance with his little girl in the near future!
These two met after a friend of Towanda’s approached JeNo in a coffee shop and told him all about her. He was intrigued and waited six weeks for her return to Alabama and set up a time to meet her. She knew that they were meant to be just a month later. He loves her passion and integrity, she loves his sense of humor, heart, and how wonderful of a father he is to his daughter.
Their ceremony was gorgeous. A beautiful draped canopy stood in front of a completely candle covered mantle, and in that serene and warm place, JeNo and Towanda made their vows and exchanged their rings. After a quick kiss to seal the deal, they were the new Mr and Mrs!
The newlyweds are amazing dancers. There was a side of them that it seems only dancing can unlock. They had some killer moves and we loved getting to capture them boogying the night away!
We hope that you two had an amazing wedding day and that there are many happy returns for you!
