Alison and Josh’s Warrington Country Club wedding was full of fun and plenty of joyful celebration.
Getting Ready at Warrington Country Club
Rachel beat both Alison and Joshua to the Warrington Country Club for their wedding, but we took full advantage by exploring the grounds and beginning to capture some of the details that Alison and Josh had picked. Then, the woman of the hour pulled up and we had a bride to capture.
One of our favorite things about Alison’s details was her sparkly Kate Spade Keds. Seriously, though, who doesn’t love glittery shoes? They made the perfect place to photograph their wedding bands. We especially loved Josh’s riveted band.
After a few finishing touches, she enlisted the help of her maid of honor and stepped into her wedding dress. The delicate buttons on the back were done, and it was time to see Josh.
The First Look before the Warrington Country Club Wedding
At the end of the path, Josh stood waiting. He was a bundle of nerves. He really couldn’t wait to see Alison. In the bright sun of August, she came around the bend and tapped him on the shoulder. Even though he’d been instructed to count to five, he whirled about immediately and gasped. She was beautiful. And they were together to start their life together.
The Warrington Country Club Wedding Ceremony & Reception
Alison decided to honor both her father and step-father during her wedding ceremony by asking them both to escort her down the aisle. They gladly obliged and passed her to Josh for their ceremony under the chuppah.
The show was nearly stolen by her adorable nephew who was playing with his toy car on the stone pathway and desperately wanted to show his aunt and almost uncle his beloved toy.
I say almost stole the show, because the vows Alison and Josh made were so heartfelt and tender, all eyes were fixed on them. They exchanged promises of a lifetime together and then Josh smashed the traditional glass and they happily made their way to their reception.
With their family and friends, they ate, drank, and made merry all night long.
