Emily and Brian, oh man. There is so much we could say about this fabulous couple and their beautiful wedding day. These two met on the set of a musical that Brian decided to direct. His leading lady? Emily. Shortly thereafter, she became his lifelong leading lady and they set out to conquer the world together.

If we had to try to sum these two up in a short phrase it would be loving goofballs. They are constantly making each other laugh, ribbing one another, and competing to see who can make a sillier face. This made their entire wedding day an absolute joy to be part of.

Another important thing to note about Emily and Brian is their deep commitment to their families. We loved getting to see this play out as they went the extra mile to make sure that Emily’s wheelchair bound mother was as fully involved as she could be. Including getting her dance on at the reception. There may have been some booty shaking for her by the groom… But in all seriousness, these two love their families and did all they could to ensure that everyone was included and having a wonderful time.

The whole day seems to have screamed by in a blur, but the moments of laughter and unexpected events stand out in our minds. Like the group of people we met at Newlin Grist Mill who came over with some sangria in red solo cups. They toasted the bride and groom and gave lots of hugs before heading back to the sangria.

Emily and Brian, we hope that your wedding day was everything you ever dreamed it could be! And as you board your plane for Punta Cana, we hope that your honeymoon is both relaxing and full of memories that you will cherish for years to come.
