Stacey and Seth had an amazing sunset engagement photo session on the beach in Margate, New Jersey. It was a beautiful day, warm but not too hot, a light breeze to give Stacey a beautiful windswept look, and a sunset that was to die for.
These two lovebirds met in high school, and have been together ever since. They came to us through our lovely friends Tori and Nate, and we were thrilled to be able to shoot their engagement and, in October, their wedding!
We spent the evening walking along the beach. Enjoying the warmth, listening to the ocean waves, and taking in the beauty of their love. We found a spot that was perfect to pop some champagne and have the betrothed lovers toast to their life together. As the sun began to go down, we made our way to the boardwalk and took a little breather. Sitting on the sun kissed benches and enjoying the smell of the salt air.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, the sky lit with the most brilliant array of colors we’ve seen. When people dream of a sunset engagement session, they dream of this kind of sunset. It was glorious. Vibrant oranges, deep pinks, fiery reds and the deepest midnight blue over it all. It was the perfect end to a perfect day.
