Germantown Cricket Club wedding photos Philly Venue

We love when we get to spend Saturday’s with lovely people who have decided to spend the rest of their life together. Alex and Sienna gave us our fix this past weekend with their delightful Germantown Cricket Club wedding.

Have you ever heard the term “diamond in the rough”? Germantown Cricket Club is just that. A stunning venue in the heart of Germantown, with a lush lawn, huge and ancient trees, a beautiful porch and tons of windows lining the entirety of the ballroom. The weather was not as cooperative as we would have liked, but it did let up a bit for our bride and groom.

Sienna and Alex are two extremely dedicated people, Sienna being a nurse for three years and Alex a lawyer for two. They have a great work ethic and a heart for helping people. And they are perfect together. Sienna brings out the brightest smiles from Alex, and he makes her laugh like no one else. One thing Alex says that he loves most about Sienna is that she pushes him to be a better person. We loved hearing that and it made us so excited to see these two become Mr and Mrs.

After a busy afternoon getting ready, they had their first look under the old oak tree outside where the ceremony was supposed to be but was moved because of weather. Alex was so excited and the moment he saw Sienna, they just fell together perfectly. They enjoyed a few moments together, including some goofing off and we whisked away to their ceremony.

Their rabbi was amazing. All throughout the ceremony he brought humor, joy, and an enthusiastic and personal message to the bride and groom. It was a wonderful expression of their faith and commitment to one another and everyone joined in with the same spirit. After the ceremony, the reception was a great party, full of dancing and delight.

Sienna and Alex, we had a wonderful time getting to capture all your wedding day memories, and we hope that you enjoy many many years together, laughing and enjoying life every single day.
